I'm looking for any info on this doll. The only thing I know is it is a Gerber doll.

A number of companies made Gerber dolls throughout history.

I am not 100% positive as I am still learning, but I think this is the Danbury 70th anniversary version of the christening baby (check the details in the gown of yours against the ones in these pictures):

The ones in the eBay auctions have a cap, which yours does not appear to have, which would lower the selling price if you decided to sell yours.
Sadly these pieces did not hold their "value" as there are several unsold ranging from $45 to $75 dollars.
I recommend if you are interested in selling yours, that you "watch" an eBay feature several currently listed dolls and see if they sell and how long it takes. This will help give you a guide as to current market value.
ASKING prices is NOT an indication of market value as people can ask big bucks. SOLD price tells you what someone actually is willing to pay for an item.
At the flea market and tag sales, these pieces often do well for low dollar amounts (the $10-15 range) for people who are planning a baby shower or christening and want to give them as a keepsake to the new baby.
I hope this gives you a good start on your info gathering! It is a lovely piece!
