I've been wondering where this horse came from. I've had her since I was a baby and haven't seen another like her. She has no tag. Being 18 years old her tag is non existent. I do remember the first part of her tag saying Kid. Does someone recognize this stuffed animal?

Try kids preferred plush horses! You should be able to find this one by narrowing down size and filling material. Post back with an update!
Kids Preferred is the brand that I think this is. I was not clear in my original response. They made a number of laying/reclining horses and this could be one of theirs.
The other less likely option is Pottery Barn Kids. They made a lot too, but theirs, from my memory, less floppy and more sturdy, of course, yours could have just become floppy from age so if you don't find it under Kids Preferred, try Pottery Barn.
I have the same horse! I got it for Christmas when i was 6 its by kids preferred. Idk if they make it anymore though. Mine is named milkshake!
Post on the various social media sites! Someone out there has this and knows the answer to this cutie. With so many home ,the answer should come!
If the brand is what you are looking for and you remember that it had 'kid' then I feel sure it is as Pghgirl stated - Kids Preferred.
You may never see the exact same horse as most of these were probably well loved and not too much left to display.
You do not say the size or what type of stuffing but here is a similar one - same style - but maybe has a slightly different nose?
This one is from 2002.

They also have a website if you want to ask them about your horse.

I think this is Kids Preferred - I remember these when they came out
It sounds like others may recognize your pony, but the shape is also very similar to some of the older Wells Fargo collectible ponies. They release one each year to commemorate the Pasadena Rose Parade in January.
I have this same exact horse and its been my friend though all of childhood, We found ours at a thift shop and I thought it was a one of a kind to. Fao Schwarz makes a very very similar one, but the split hair color is not correct and the eyes look slightly diffrent, but its been my best guess as maybe a "updated" version
