These look like drain flies, or known by another name( drain moths). They commonly seen around kitchen and bath tub drains. To fix this- you can use any bug spray along with pouring bleach down your drain to clean and flush any others from coming!

Are they black with wings? If so, and they look like this they could be drain flies: yourwildlife.org/.../

Are they gray or brown and crawl, if so, and they look like this, they could be booklice: www.rottler.com/.../what-are-booklice

Both like damp and humid places. Both can usually be removed with hot water and if you have a repeated situation, using a mix of vinegar and baking soda (1/2 cup each) mixed into a quart of boiling hot water and wash them down the drain.
