I found these under laminate floors I was removing. There were a ton. What are they? And how do I get rid of them?

They look like larder beetles. www.orkin.com/
Check yours against the pix to be sure They don't bite, but are icky nonetheless.
A deep cleaning should get rid of them. Check for holes in the foundation, windows that aren't sealed to keep them out. Also keep grains, flour, etc in sealed containers to cut off their food supplies.
