I got this as a gift about a month ago and still can't figure out what it is. It's been growing a little more since, but now some of the leaves and branches are kind of yellow and it's not standing upright like it used to. I alternate moving it on the window sill and about 3 feet away, and am not sure where to keep it. It seems to look in best shape when I water it every 3 or 4 days, but now that summer's almost here I'm not sure if I'm hurting it or helping it! Does anyone know?

I agree that it looks like baby tears. Since this is a succulent, the reason for the yellow may be overwatering.
Hmm kind of looks like baby's tears
Looks like a sedium album. It's generally a stonecrops plant, likes to grow on walls and rockery
It looks like a type of succulent, probably jade. There are thousands of varieties of jade.
I believe this is string of pearl very easy to maintain beautiful at full length only have to water once a week and you can squeeze the beads on it to know if it's happy if it's firm it's good if they feel kind of squishy they need water
Definitely not string of pearls, but succulent, yes.
