Identifying a Houseplant?

Identifying a Houseplant - succulent with small nubby leavesI got this as a gift about a month ago and still can't figure out what it is. It's been growing a little more since, but now some of the leaves and branches are kind of yellow and it's not standing upright like it used to. I alternate moving it on the window sill and about 3 feet away, and am not sure where to keep it. It seems to look in best shape when I water it every 3 or 4 days, but now that summer's almost here I'm not sure if I'm hurting it or helping it! Does anyone know?

I agree that it looks like baby tears. Since this is a succulent, the reason for the yellow may be overwatering.

Looks like a sedium album. It's generally a stonecrops plant, likes to grow on walls and rockery

It looks like a type of succulent, probably jade. There are thousands of varieties of jade.

I believe this is string of pearl very easy to maintain beautiful at full length only have to water once a week and you can squeeze the beads on it to know if it's happy if it's firm it's good if they feel kind of squishy they need water
