Does it or did it ever get yellow flowers? If so it might be a Tecoma Stans.

Could be that someone planted several avocado pit hoping for trees :-) Looks very similar. If I'm right, the plant needs a warm environment, 6 hours of sunlight per day, and beware over-watering.

The leaves like to be misted, and a fertilizer for citrus plants is sometimes recommended. Good luck!
