I purchased a smaller version of this plant a couple years ago and for the life of me I can't remember what is was called. Can anybody tell me? It seems to grow best in lower light vs. bright light. As you can see it loves my north kitchen window. It fades out badly if the light is too bright.

It looks like a heart leafed philodendron
It does look like one of the lovelies in the Philodendron family. There are many varieties with slightly different shaped leaves.

They do like indirect light. Yours looks quite content where it is!! Very healthy!
