I am asking for my sister. She has no idea what this one is.

It looks like a heart leafed philodendron.
Does it get flowers? If it gets tiny flowers on longish fronds that is my thought
because your photo looks like my Kalanchoe when they get very leggy and over grown. There are many varities of this very prolfic plan. To be sure, you may want to go to Google and hold up your leaves against the pictures from the images tool.
The plant looks a bit overgrown right now and could use a trimming. Anyhow, it looks very much like a heart leafed philodendron to me. I think this should get some flowers on it.
i agree re heart leafed philodendron and agree it probably needs nore light as it is awful leggy
Although this plant resembles the Heart-leaf Philodendron I'm not sure it has been correctly identified. From the picture provided, the stems do not appear to be those of a philodendron. Perhaps a Kalanchoe but there are few of those that "trail" like the looks of this plant.
IF it is a heart-leaf philodendron, I do not believe it will ever have flowers.
