So I received this plant as a house warming gift and I've searched all over to try and figure out what it is and have had no luck. If anyone recognizes it and could let me know the name I'd be very grateful!

It is very spindly. It could be a corn plant.

To me it looks like an under nourished Aglaonema nitidum plant:

These are quite hardy once they get proper light and water. I never fertilize my plants, so I can't comment on what is best for them.
