I dont know the exact type. It is a succulent. Dont overwater or it will rot.

It could be a Portulacaria, possibly Portulacaria afra variegata or Portulacaria afra tricolor ("variegata" is added to the name of many plants as it only signals a genetic modification, in this case it is the leaves that are white and green instead of being plain green). Portulacaria afra is also called Rainbow elephant bush or elephant bush.
Could this be a rosary plant? Have any beads developed on stems?
