Does anyone know what type of plant this is? It has multi-coloured flowers. It was given to my grandma about a year ago. It is pretty happy indoors, but is starting to get a few brown leaves.

It looks like a spider plant. Sometimes they do flower.
I think this is a Dracaena marginata--are the flowers white?

Very lovely! They like partial shade, some water, but not a lot, and the weird thing is they seem to thrive when potbound, at least mine used to.
Enjoy!
This is a nice looking plant and I believe you can probably just remove the brown leaves from the bottom and it will be okay.
I'm not sure about the identification but i do not believe it is a Dracaena since it is over a year old and is not forming a stem but when picture is enlarged it looks a lot like a Bromelaid. We might could tell more if we could see the top of the plant.
