I picked up this plant on a bunz trade. Would anyone be able to ID it for me and offer any care instructions? It's in southern exposure right now (will move it if it needs less light). Some of the more mature leaves on top have some browning on the edges. The soil is quite damp.

I believe you have a Dracaena Fragrans (Corn Plant). There are several different plants in this family.
I have this plant at home and mines sort of dying.
