It might be a false aralia. Here is a picture I found that resembles yours.
If no one here finds the answer, send this picture to the Cooperative Extension in your area. They will know for sure.
I really feel like I should know what this plant is called but nothing comes to mind.
Thanks Jess, I think you may have it but it is very difficult to obtain single photos and care instructions that does not show just the "common" false Araila".
