This is a manufacturer mark. It is not real gold. It is not expensive, so it really doesnt matter.
If you KNOW 100% this is a manufacturer mark!

This one is clearer than your original post. There is a brand called Vivi. I wonder if it is an older logo of theirs. You mentioned Tiffany Atlas in your other post, but I was looking and they only use Tiffany logos, not Roman numerals in the logo.
