Can anyone help me with information on this end table? I have been browsing the internet, but no luck. The handle is stamped K4815 (Karges Furniture Co.), but the actual piece has no markings.

The Karges Furniture company is a good company and the tables they make are worth money today. In order to find out the true value of this table it is best to talk to a dealer who handles these types of items. I am sure your table can fetch a good price if you try selling it through a dealer and not on your own.
Indeed poehere, Karges have beautiful furniture but I don't seem to find this style. Hopefully it was made by them.
I do want to sell it.
Karges Furniture is very expensive, according to what I have seen on eBay. I would have a dealer look at it.
Thank you Judy! I wanted to avoid going to a dealer but I might end up doing that.
If I may as a few questions so I can help better...
Does the handle actually say Karges on it or just the K and numbers?
Is the table drawer dovetail construction?
Is the bottom the same wood as the top or particle board or plywood?
Do you know if the casters are original?
I ask all the questions because Karges is known for much more ornate furniture than this piece. Their pieces have a lot of gee gaws, frilly handles, inlays, lots of gingerbread and the like. Fancy pieces.
Karges rarely if ever used casters (they were into a look, not function) so if it turns out to be the brand, it has been altered which may or may not affect value.
Your piece looks a lot like ones made by a company named Baker something (Riding or Milling or something like that)...I am forgetting the second name. It is a company that makes study and functional side tables like this one.
Maybe with more info I can help, or you can have a vintage reseller in your town look at it, they can help you figure out what you have AND the value for your town, which may be much different than the value where I am.
Once I know what you have, I am happy to help!
Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for all the questions. I took a few more pics of the piece. I have seen the karges furniture and are beautiful, they don't look anything like this one . It looks like the casters are original to the side table and the handle only has a K and numbers. I appreciate your help!!!!
Thanks for the info and additional picture. I am wondering if someone swapped out the hardware and used a Karges handle. The more I study your piece, I really don't think it has the line/design that Karges is known for. The handle is very simple and looks nice with the piece, but I do wander if it is not a replacement handle.
People swap hardware all the time and it may have just been done because that is what the owner had around. I could be wrong, and hope I am, but it just doesn't fit together.
I suggest taking it to a reputable furniture dealer and having them look at it. They can see and feel things I can't through photos.
You have a nice solid piece of furniture and I am sure it has value, but without knowing exactly what it is, I will not guess.
If you do find out that it is another brand, I would be want to pull the pulls off and sell them on their own. Some Karges pulls sell at $10-30 a piece!
Post back what you learn!!
I agree with you; it does not look like a Karges, I will for sure give any updates as soon as I find out where this piece came from. Much thanks for taking the time to post all the information.
I have a a Karges with wooden casters. Still has the tag on the back.
