I've found this lump on my dog's leg this evening. Could anyone advise me on what it could be?

It could be anything from insect bite, allergies ,or something more. Only a Vet can advise on what this is. Don't take the chance of spreading, be sure!
Please have it checked by a vet.
Red lumps on dogs can be anything from a tick bite to allergic reaction to a tumor with many things in between.
Post back what the vet says. Healing prayers!
I have seen these. They might be what are called tags and are harmless.
