I have a three tier end table reading Mersman 7488 under the bottom tier. The problem is that I can't find this table anywhere online only similar ones.

Yes, the table does exists and there are plenty of them that people have asked about here on this site alone. This is a popular style of table for this company. Just because you can't find the number 7488 doesn't mean the table does not exists. This company had a strange numbering system and a table that looks just like yours could have a different number on it. Ebay has a lot of table listed there and the style is the same as yours but the number is different.
I have seen these tables and they go for about $45 each.
There may be a couple things going on here why you can't find it...
First is that many sellers do not list the Mersman pieces by the number because it is so wonky (like it doesn't help with dating the piece or the model number) as least no re-sellers I know have ever figured it out. You may find it if you search using just general terms like Mersman tier table or Mersman lamp table or just Mersman table.
Second is the piece is somewhat mismatched in styles and I believe that a good carpenter created a Frankenpiece. So the bottom I have seen a bunch of Mersman tables like that, and I have seen a bunch of tiers, but the cross pattern on the side of the top tier and the what looks like spool legs to the tier do not go with the rest of the piece.
I did find what I believe is the original style for sale on Facebook (see link below). You will see the difference:

To officially confirm this, it would take someone seeing the piece in person and really examining the construction. You could always take it to a reputable vintage dealer and have him/her examine it. I would love to know for sure. My gut says yes, but my heart says it needs looked it!
That said, if you are asking to value to, this style in general has moved to the low end of sales...and in most markets sell between $20-50. So if you are in a low demand, high supply area it would be on the lower end, in a low supply high demand, it would be on the higher end. That it is modified may or may not change the value. People don't necessary collect Mersman, but like the pieces for function and style and stability so condition is often more important than it being original.
