Identifying a Movie from the 1970s?

I have a weird question. Does anyone remember a movie from the early 70s about a family and a dollhouse. Whatever happened in the dollhouse happened to the family. I know there was a fire in the end. Anyone remember?

I think it sounds like Circle of Fear aka Ghost Story aka House of Evil and my son says it was a movie as well as a series (he has always liked ghost stories).

M. r, James wrote a story called The Doll's Housed that sounds just like that. BBC did a TV version but I don't know if it ever made the big screen.
