I agree, it is a perennial bachelor button, also known as a mountain bluet or Centaurea montana. I love these, there are a several colors available.
This is called Centuarea Cyanus - Often called Cornflower. Also called Bachelors Buttons or Blue Bottle. They can be annuals, biennials & perennials. blooms spring to summer.
It looks like a variety of passion flower.

If you are asking about the one at the top (they both look purple to these old eyes), it is a cornflower variety.
The bottom blurs out when I try to make it big. It has a vague look of an azalea, but I would need a clearer photo to confirm.

I believe your top flower is a cornflower and may be the lavender or the electric blue (the most common).
