Eastlake is a brand and style of furniture from the 1800s. An expert will need to see your chair in person to determine if it is a real Eastlake or a style piece. Note that some people call style piece fakes. I take offense at that. They are real pieces by a real maker in the style or an homage to a brand.
Once that is determined, you can work to figure value. Do you have an antique dealer you trust? Have them look! You could have a valuable piece on your hands. These were remade over the years so if yours is a style piece from the 50s, the value will be much less than an original or even an 1800s style piece.

I dont think that is enough information to identify the chair. Try to look under the cushions.
