It looks like a Green Bay Packers plush made by Cooperstown Bears. Officially licensed NFL product.
There are tons of them on eBay ranging in value from $6 to $8. www.ebay.com/
These are certainly cute but they are so many available that you should have no trouble identifying your toy. So many were produced and made for every team around.
