I have multiple porcelain dolls. I don't know what to do with them, but to sell them. My wife passed away. This one doesn't have a name or anything on it and it's a wind-up porcelain doll with ceramic hands, face, and legs and a cushion body.

Undress the doll and look for markings. It will be very hard to identify and determine value if you dont know who made the doll.
I would do a search on "Google" put any info. you have , look and see if there are any identifying marks on the dolls , describe as best you can.
I saw a doll like this listed online for $30. It was made in China, maybe 15-20 years ago. They sell in thrift stores for $3-5, some less.
You have my deepest condolences on your loss. If no one in the family wants to keep the dolls (that would be my first go to to offer them to the entire extended family as a keepsake of your wife), then my suggestions are below:
1. Talk to your wife's friends and see if any of them collect dolls and can help you to identify the dolls and get them ready for sale. They may even offer to buy some from you or know people who would like them.
Sadly many dolls don't have a lot of money value in today's market, but there are still some that are highly desirable so you want to be sure you don't get cheated and sell a valuable doll for a small amount.
eBay and Etsy are good sites to use to determine value of each piece, which can be time consuming as it does help to know the name of the doll/maker.
They are also good sites to sell, but require a lot of time and effort to list and describe each item, take the photos, post, answer questions, then when sold, package carefully and ship.
2. Your best bet may be to work with a trusted antique store or vintage store or consignment store vendor who you can sell them to as a lot. Still at this phase, you do want to have a general idea of their market value, so researching them will be important/helpful so you get a fair price.
3. As a last thought...perhaps you could see if a children's hospital or even a hospice or other facility would take them as a donation to cheer up their patients/residents (if a nursing home). Something like that may be a nice way to keep your wife's memory alive and help others.
Good luck!
It may be difficult for you to make these kinds of decisions right now but you will probably need help if you plan to try and sell these dolls.
