Someone gave me this doll. It has no markings. Does anyone know anything about it?

It is going to be hard to identify a doll with no markings. Did you undress the doll to look all over, even on the scalp?
I have undressed the doll. Shoes and all. The hair is glued on, so besides taking it completely off, there aren't any markings. I asked the woman who gave it to me about it and she said there are no markings because it's highly collectable. I don't believe that because when researching this doll, collectable dolls have manufacturer markings.
She is interesting. Can you tell me how tall she is? Can you post pictures of her back and undressed? If not, can you tell me what her body, hands and feet are made of?
Do the clothes appear to be hand stitched? They look primitive. Are the eyes sleepy (meaning open and close)? I would like to help, but need some more info! Thanks for sharing! Hope I can help!
