It is approximately 11.25 inches long. There are no marking on the doll or clothes. It has a pillow and is laying on her stomach with arms and legs slightly off the ground at the joints. The legs, arms, and face/neck are porcelain and the torso is hard stuffed fabric. I'd like to know what collection she is from, who made her, and how much she is worth.

When I sold dolls years ago, the one I remember making the ones on the pillow is Knightsbridge. I can't confirm that is who she was made by and I can't find my paperwork at the moment that gives me more info on those dolls (I am drawing a blank on if they were all marked or not). It used to drive me nuts when the only marks were on the box. (By the way unless you have the box, that will devalue her.)
If I find my paperwork, I will post back. In the meantime, you can continue your research by checking back online (you can use the name Knightsbridge first and then just porcelain doll on a pillow and look to find an exact match that has sold.
At the moment, doing either search, I am not seeing any matching her exactly so I can't give you today's value.
That doesn't mean she is rare, just that she has not come up today for sale. The market changes daily, so tomorrow there could be bunches of them!
Only look at SOLD prices, not asking prices since sellers can ask what they want. Buyers who pay money determine the value.
The reason it is so important to find an exact match is most dolls have not held their value, but there are a few ringers out there that have and you want to know exactly how much your doll is worth in today's market. Finding a sold example is the only way to know this.
I can tell you generally, whether she is a Knightsbridge (which I am guessing she is) or not, 98% of dolls have not held their market value and sit on sites like eBay and Etsy for months if not years. Some sell as low as a few dollars. It is so sad.
To help you in your research, this website has a little GENERAL info on dolls like Knightsbridge:

Unless I am totally off base and she is super rare, I am of the mind to suggest that you find a child who will love her and enjoy her and that will give this sweet girl the most value!
Thanks for sharing her!!
