I have a porcelain doll with no identifying marks. She has porcelain head, arms, and legs and a hard stuffed body. What makes her interesting to me is the position the maker has her in. It looks like she is kissing. I'm looking to find out her identity and approximate worth. If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it!

Most dolls without markings have very little value. Im thinking there must have been a boy doll also kissing and it was a set.
There are a lot of kissing dolls out there. You are missing the boy and maybe a halo. This reminds me of one set I sold that was a boy and girl kissing that were angels. He had a little white suit to go with her dress.
Without her mate her value is very low (between $5 and $10). With the mate you could get between $10 and $20.
If yours is unmarked it was probably by one of the "store brands" that was trying to be like a Gepeddo Kissing Couple. The way I remember it, Gepeddo where a standard for these type of dolls and were quite popular when dolls had their hey day in the late 1980s-1990s. Sadly even the Gepeddo's are getting next to nothing in the open market.
At one point in time, the kissy dolls still held their value because you got a set, but sadly 98% of the doll market lost its value (mostly since 2008) and dolls that cost thousands new, now go for pennies on the dollar.
Thanks for sharing her!
She is one of a 'boy/girl' set and these were made by a lot of companies so without any markings on her neck or back there is very little we can tell you.
I know you were asking about who she might be but we always add comments about value because people generally would like to know if the doll could be valuable.
You can always check google with kissing porcelain dolls and might happen to see another doll like yours.
eBay has a lot of these dolls also if you still wish to check further.

I think she is cute even without her boy partner.
Place her on your counter and smile at her innocence.
