Identifying a Porcelain Doll?

Identifying a Porcelain DollI have a 24" tall Porcelain doll made in China. There are no markings on the porcelain parts. There is a cloth body manufacturer's tag has Reg no. PA-7278(HK). She is wearing a vintage bridal dress. I am considering selling it and need to find the value.

This is a mass-produced doll. Expect to get $10-$15 for it.

The number is the Pennsylvania regulation for dolls makers to adhere to (for safety). It is not a maker mark. There used to be a place you could search these numbers online, but the links I had are no longer valid. You can still search by RN number, and UPC number, but the REG search has gone bad.

There is a phone number where you can see if they still offer brand names with that number:

888-LAW-LABEL (1-888-529-5223)

If you learn the maker, I can help you value her.

Thanks for sharing!
