Your doll is number 1149 of a lot. I cannot make out the name, but I do know that this doll is mass-produced and worth very little.
This is a Titus Tomescu: Ashton Drake doll.
Without seeing the face and knowing the size, it will be hard to give you a value, if that is what you are seeking.
His dolls still sell on eBay from 99 cents up into the low hundreds if you have one of the Diana Princess of Wales dolls.
Post back with a photo of the face and the height, and I can see if I can help pinpoint who she is and the value!!
