The only marking on this doll is a "Made in Taiwan" sticker on her left boot. Does anyone know anything about it or if it's valuable?

If that is the only marking, if is a mass-produced doll and worth very little.
Normally dolls that are made in Twain are mass produced and sold during the holidays. They are very hard to identify and there is no real way to find out about this doll. The only hope you have is to spend time on eBay or other sites that sell off mass produced dolls and search there.
Most dolls marked Made in Taiwan are from the 1960s to the 1980s.
Victoria Impex Corporation was one of the biggest companies to make these dolls. While I can't guarantee that is who made her, they did make many of these lovely ladies.
They sell on average of $5-15 each (if they sell). The doll market is very soft at the moment. Since she is in red, you could hold on to her closer to Christmas and try selling her then.
