Can anyone please identify this doll for me?

It looks like an Ashton Drake or Franklin Mint doll. You could contact those companies and they can identify it.
I am almost positive she is a Danbury Mint doll by artist Fayzah Spanos. There are many of these out there. She may be Twinkie, I don't remebmer her name.
These are still quite popular, considering the market for most dolls is so low at the moment.
I have seen this artist's dolls sell (SOLD prices, NOT asking) in the low $150 range.
I would start her high and take best offer!
She is a cutie!
From the signature on the doll I would say she is part of the Danbary collection. These dolls do hold a higher resale value that other dolls do. You can see the date she was made and I do believe the number after this is how many dolls were made or this is the number of the doll in the collection.
Fay Zah Spanos did design dolls for Danbury Mint and Ashton Drake companies but she had her own studio and designed her own dolls.
I sincerely hope your doll is not a Danbury Mint or an Ashley Drake doll because if she is the value will probably be $25 or less even though she was designed by Fay Zah Spanos (this is how she writes her name although it is usually FayZah when written by other people).

These are the dolls that have sold over the past several months (current value) and if the prices are over $25-$30 the doll will most likely NOT be a Danbury Mint or an Ashley Drake doll but will have the artist name on the COA and doll/

Your doll is a Fay Zah Spanos doll but most likely produced by her personal company - Precious Heirloom Dolls - dolls were made in Florida from 1986 - 2017 but she is retired and no longer makes or sells dolls. She never had a retail store - just sold her dolls through her own company or through several other brand names (including Lee Middleton).
Take a look at some similar dolls and you can probably see the close resemblance to the mouth and hands of the dolls. She may be one of the 'Tickle Me Collection" but maybe not as most of those had teeth.
You can place a watch on any eBay doll if you wish to see if she sells.

Although FayZah is retired there are several fan clubs and if you ask your question on one of these sites, I feel sure they can provide a lot of information.
