Can anyone let me know the maker of this doll and possible value, please?

I believe she is a Danbury Mint doll. I can't remember her name. Still looking. I will post back if I figure out her name.
Generally these dolls sell between $10 and $25 dollars, although the market is very soft right now and she will probably sit for weeks if not months until just the right buyer comes along.
Thanks for sharing her!
The DM stands for Danbury Mint. These are mass-produced dolls that rarely sell for even $25.
Very few Danbury Mint dolls will be valued at more than $10-$30 and this is usually dolls that are new in the box with their COA so that would place your doll in an even lower bracket.
There are presently several hundred/thousand Danbury Mint dolls listed on eBay alone and this is a very slow market and not many dolls are not selling even at low prices.
If you would like to try and identify your doll you can research eBay listings but it will take a lot of time and patience. to go through the numerous listings. You can narrow the search but that may not help because sellers do not always put all information in their titles. Asking prices have very little to do with value as these prices are just a figure the seller would really like to receive.
Here is a link to eBay dolls:

You can also check the sold listings as these will show the current value for that particular doll but you can see similar dolls and figure out a value for yours.
The logo on the doll is for a company called Danbury Mint. The dolls normally bring in a decent price but now the market is flooded and this lowers the selling price of the dolls. People are selling off their dolls for as little as $1 and as high as $25.
