Can anyone tell me anything about this doll? There are no visible markings that I can find and no paperwork. It came in a pink box with a flowery top.

It's a reproduction doll,not very old,but very nice!
She is neat and the box looks older. With a little more information I may be able to help.
How tall is she?
What is her hair made of?
What is the bear made of?
What is the body stuffed with?
Hopefully with more info, we can figure out who she is.
This is a pretty doll. It looks like a knockoff of something more expensive.
The doll looks like a reproduction of an expensive doll a doll maker has created years ago. If there are no marking on the doll it will be really hard to find out too much information about this doll.
