This doll is right around 25 to 30 years old and the box it came in just says collector series on the box and not the name of the company. I am not sure if the company marked their name on the back of the neck or not. That makes it harder to find out a name for the doll. Your second part of the question was how much it was worth. These days people are almost giving dolls like this away and you may be able to get $5 to $20 for this doll.
These dolls were made in the 1990s. They are worth very little money. I have seen them for less than $15 on eBay.
First you need the name of the manufacturer.Go over the doll and write all the markings down.Then go to www.doll.com
and they will help you find out what your doll is worth.A quick check on E- Bay there not worth more then 20.00.
