To start off with you have not given us much to go on. You should look at the back of the doll's head and see if there are any markings. If you can not find any there you should undress the doll and look on the body or even the feet of the doll. This will help us to better identify this doll and let you know more about the doll. If you can update your post and add this information then it is easier to help you. If you can not find anything on the doll then the doll is more than likely from a kit that a person made.

Undress the doll and look for markings on the back, back of the neck, and bottoms of feet. If there are none, the doll is provably not worth too much.
