The doll designer is Jane L Dolan and these dolls were some that the companies did mass produce. On eBay they are selling some of these dolls for 10 to 20 euros.
So this has me puzzled, I see a lot of people online saying this is Jane L Dolan, but I always thought it was Anne L Dolan. Maybe they are sisters? I found a tag on a doll and it says Anne, still looking for a tag to see if she has a sister, Jane:

Either way, the dolls are valued in the 2-10 range.
Mostly under $5.
She is very pretty, but is suffering the fate of econ 101--which is a HUGE supply and very little demand, which has driven the sold prices down to an all time low.
If you are able to hold on to your dolls for 10+ years, they may regain their value.
