All I know about her is thatshe's 90 years old! I can't find any other marks other than what's on the back of her porcelain head. My housekeeper gave her to my daughter, so I have no interesting story about her background!
Please help!

I mean no disrespect by these questions--I just want to help figure out who you have here!
Are you sure the person said the doll is 90 years old? Is it possible she said it was from 1990s? I ask because everything about her looks like a doll from the 1990s--made to look like an old doll.
The mark is not familiar to me. I can suggest a Facebook group to identify the mark if you want it.
Maybe with more info I can help you figure it out.
How tall is she?
Is her hair real human hair, mohair or synthetic?
Are her clothes hand stitched or machine stitched?
What is her body stuffed with?
What are her hands and feet made from?
Is she porcelain (smooth) or bisque (rough)?
Is her hair glued to her head or rooted?
Also is the head a fully formed head, or is it open (like hollow under the hair)?
Are there any tags inside the clothing?
Are the eyes painted on or glass or plastic?
It is possible that she is 90 years old and was restored. More info is needed to get you any kind of good answer that is not a guess.
Looking forward to learning more and hopefully helping you figure out what you have here! She is lovely!
This is a reproduction doll , that was mass produced in the last few years. 90 year old dolls do not have this look for a dozen reasons. The value on ebay and etsy is under $25.
From all appearances this doll may not be that old.
You can present your question and pictures on the following link and they will be able to tell you all about this doll.
This doll looks handmade and not mass-produced like another person said. You can see the stitching on the doll and how the head was attached. if the doll was 90 years old the cord that was used to attach the head to the body would be rotten by now. I really do not think the doll is as old as your housekeeper claims it is.
You can search www.dollreference.com you can search by looks of her.
It's very difficult identifying dolls, especially newer dolls. There is room to doubt the validity of her age, if nothing else because she still looks to be in fine condition for something that has been hanging around, without any sort of a case, for 9 decades. The other thing is, if any component of this doll is plastic or polyester, there's no way she's that old.
The code on the back is interesting. You could look thru the symbols on dollreference.com see if there's a match.
