If anyone can give me any information regarding this porcelain doll I would be very appreciative. I just can't seem to find any information at all.

I have checked on famous doll makers and this is not one of them at all. I thought it might be the signature of one but it isn't. This looks like the person has taken a doll making class and the name on the back of the doll's head is their name and the date they have created this doll. You can tell by the hand stitching on the doll that this was either made at home from a kit or in a class. I don't think you will be able to find any other information about this doll but you might be able to find the head for the doll in older doll making kits.
Everything about this sweet christening doll speaks of a 1980s kit doll. Dolls like this were made en mass in ceramic classes and studios or were purchased premade from craft stores and were dressed and painted by local mom's and or artists. You will see these advertised for sale on eBay listed as the size and christening doll, maybe with the eye color or detailing something about the town, like the material or lace pattern.
It does seem as though it is a kit that this doll was made from. The creator signed and dated it. This will follow this piece for as long as it exist, for more history in the future. This was a great thing to do when it was made. There will never be a question of the age!
