Does anyone know the maker of this doll? The only mark is inside the doll's head. It is blue with a flower and butterfly and either FF or AF. Any information will be appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry for such a delayed answer but I just came across your question. I will try to help you just in case you are still looking for an answer. Your doll is unusual and I am not familiar with the markings so looking at sites would probably be a big waste of time. It will probably take some doll "experts" or a vintage doll dealer to decipher the markings.
eBay and Etsy are probably the biggest doll sites in the world but that just means there are a lot of different dolls being listed every day. But it also means there are members who know a lot about dolls and eBay has a doll discussion board where you can ask the members for help in identifying your doll and also the value. You will need to upload your photos and any information (size, condition) but doing this is very easy. Here is a link to their site.
