She's a 12" porcelain baby with numbers on her neck, but I can't find any info about her. She doesn't look super old and I'm not trying to sell it. I'm hoping to find the name for my granddaughter because she and this doll look so much alike.

My guess is that it is inexpensive since it doesn't have a manufacturer's mark. It is probably #740 of a lot, which means it is mass-produced. Enjoy it for what it is.
Well-- she sure is a lovely doll so your granddaughter must be very pretty if she resembles this doll.
Some dolls simply cannot be identified. The sorts of 'collector' dolls that clever marketers churned out in 'doll mills' that are now saturating the market simply cannot be identified. Here, from this site: "Especially difficult to identify are unmarked dolls of any kind, tourist dolls, and less-expensive supermarket line and drug store dolls. Also difficult to identify are many dolls made in Asia (often sold through magazine ads, gift shops, or general retailers) during the last 30 years." www.thespruce.com/
just to know of course you could go ask a doll expert or go on a google image searching marathon
Just look for as many descriptors as possible here www.google.com/imghp?hl=en&tab=wi

materials (face, body, etc)
and just scroll through them all till you find the image that most resembles the doll
I believe she is a Paradise porcelain doll from the Treasury collection. Her name is Victoria. She set in a wicker chair holding a basket of flowers. I have this same doll
