You should be able to locate a doll hospital and send them the picture. They will be able to help you.
Poor dolly! I hope you can find a place to repair her! From my reading I learned that most dolls with a diamond were from Japan. Years of make vary. The mark you show is listed as "unknown" on most of the doll sites I use for my info.
