It says Repro on the back. Repro is a company in Gettysburg, PA that makes reproductions of antique and vintage dolls. If this is the company that made the doll, it has little value.
Go on facebook to reprodolls.com or Call +1 904-228-6446. They will help you identify this doll. I would need to see what the doll looks like.
Also, you can go on E-Bay over a 2 month period and watch the actual sales of your doll.
A doll like this can only be identified by a serial number if you know the brand or name of company that made them - and - that company is still in business or has doll information on their web site (and have a web site).
