I found this doll head today and was wondering if anyone knew the maker by the marks on the head. The number is 9329 and under is a mark (-B-)

This looks like an old doll. Upload the pictures to the forum at www.dollreference.com. Someone there should recognize it.
Poor thing...she looks like she has been through the ringer.
Even if you are not able to ID her, I have found that the old doll heads sell quite well on Ebay. You may get $10-$20 dollars...depending on the market for the day (meaning how many are out there) and if you can get her cleaned up.
I would set up the auction as a Fixed Price, Best Offer auction asking higher than you think it is worth) and then saying in the ad reasonable offers considered.
I do this frequently and actually have done much better selling doll parts than the whole doll online. There is a subset of artists out there who love the old doll parts especially for assemblages and steampunk projects.
