I have what I think is a Mersman lyre side table, but there are no markings. I'm trying to determine the model number and how much it is worth. The table top is in poor condition.

I think that the table would have markings. Even if it were genuine, the poor condition would lower the value considerably.
The Mersman top has been replaced is the reason there are no markings.
What you have is basically a no name/brand table that needs refinishing.
If you list it truthfully on Craigslist you may be able to sell it for $25 to someone who would like a harp style table and cares to refinish it.
I could be wrong and you may sell it for more so list it at whatever you wish and lower the price if no one shows an interest as there are people around who like a sturdy table and love to redo them.
Good luck.
I will say I am not an expert, but any stretch, but I love the Mersman pieces and have seen and researched a lot of them.
The Mersman Lyre (Harp) tables usually have much more detail than the one you have (on the legs) like this sample:
www.ebay.com/
Zoom on the legs and you can see what I mean.
Yours has much simpler legs. This is not 100% NOT a Mersman...you would literally have to look at every table they made (there are catalogs in the Smithsonian that I would love to be able to go and see someday).
That all said, if you had a true Mersman and it had the high level of detail and was in pristine condition this style of table held its value and I have seen sold ones on ebay for from 199 to 250 dollars.
No matter what brand yours is, it seems to have condition issues and therefore any sale value would be significantly less.
There are some folks who love these pieces for flea market flip projects where they use the harp section for other projects so you may be able to find someone to buy it just for that feature.
As to the value for that, it is different in every city...from as low as $5 to up to $25 dollars.
If you need an expert value, I suggest taking it to a reputable antique/vintage store and getting their take...I am not sure from the photos if the top is a replacement or not...the angle is a bit wonky for me to get a good view....plus I would want to look at the underside to see how it is affixed.
It is a Mersmen, but someone has replaced the top.
I am currently in the process of restoring one If you like I could send you pictures and measurements.
