There are no stamps or markings-is this a Mersman?

Look on the bottom or the inside of the drawer. A genuine Mersman will have the marking.
It could be. There was a period of time where Mersman's only marked with a sticky tag that could have fallen off. This was when they were known as Mersman Tables. I am having a senior moment what year that phase was during.
This link IS NOT your piece but if you go to photo 11 you can see the tag:

Look to see if yours has a tag "ghost" (meaning a shape that is discolored on the underside) that matches the tag in the photo. That may give you a hint if it is or is not a Mersman. If you see a ghost that looks like the tag, you could say you think it is based on that. If not, it could be any other number of brands.
Do you know any of the history of the piece (it looks like it is a true vintage piece--looks like the drawer wood is solid not particle board repro).
Even if it is not a Mersman, I see plenty of these lovely pieces that are true vintage pieces advertised that are still selling. I have seen sold prices in various locations for these harp/lyre style tables that fetch in the range of $200 to 400 dollars depending on the condition (yours looks nice) and the demand in your town. This is not on eBay but in real auction houses and in higher end vintage furniture stores. If you are going to sell it, to get the most bang for your buck I would go one of these two routes. You most likely well not get the true value in any other selling setting.
Neat piece!! I love it!! Post back if you decide to sell and how much you fetch for it!
