I have found 2 of these in the shower. Maintenance is coming to change the caulking since I can't keep it from getting moldy in and around it. It looks like they are attracted to it too. They are very very small, comparable to an ant in size.

These look like baby cockroaches. Put a few in a sealed plastic bag to show the exterminator
