Your elephant is Eleroo and belongs to the Wuzzle family made by Hasbro with Disney in 1984-85.
The original was purple so if your pictures are color correct then yours is faded maybe?
That is a 'W' on the back and was on the original Wuzzles.
Wuzzels were unusual as they were a combination of 2 animals.
