This looks like something from Toys r Us, which is no longer in business.
The best way to find out about this stuffed animal is on a vintage toy forum. I can give you a few to check out. Vintage toy collectors know all about these types of items where we might not know anything about it and they are hard to find online because nobody gives any information about them at all.
