Since this bug seems to be coming in from outside it's possible it is an outdoor bug and you may just have to find how they are getting in - either a crack or small opening is all they need.
It's possible this could be in the silverfish family but it does not seem to fit the body type and they do not usually go anywhere near the outdoors. But - bugs go through many body changes so it's still possible and they may be in more places than you are aware of.
I would suggest you take your pictures to your local Ace or True Value Hardware store and ask them for help as they usually have knowledgeable people in these departments.
They can also tell you what to use to kill them off.
Otherwise, you can send your pictures to your local extension service office and ask for help as they are familiar with bugs/insects in your area.
This looks like a insect in the silverfish family, here is some info- en.wikipedia.org/
When I first saw the image it looks like a silverfish bug that hangs out in the garden or even wet areas around your home. With everyone in lockdown, these days so many bugs and animals that we have not seen in years are now coming out all over the world.
