I am hoping to identify this doll from my childhood, probably circa 1975-1990. I can't find any marks on her. Her limbs are very similar to a later Baby So Real doll, but nothing I've found matches her face. She has amber eyes that sleep and a dimpled chin. The head and limbs are hollow and compressible. She had a voice box that laughed sweetly when you moved her, but that may have been added by my mother. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Baby Alive?
Not baby alive... her mouth is open, but solid. She could "suck" a thumb, but not actually move or take in fluid.
I found one doll that looks just like yours but the problem is yours has a soft body on it. This doll had a hard plastic body on it. This is one called Baby Won't Let Go and here is the image - www.pinterest.com/
Thanks for the suggestions and pictures. Neither of those quite matches the features of mine. Except for maybe having had a voice, she has no mechanical parts.
She looks familiar but all the details don't add up.
I belong to a number of really good doll groups on Facebook. If you are willing, you can ask to join the one called Let's ID Our Dolls!!! and ask them.
My thought was she is a Hasbro REAL BABY Doll, maybe 1983-84, but I don't know that they had a voice box or the amber eyes.
These gals and guys in this group are much more advanced in their doll studies than I am so they can get you the info much faster than I can.
You will have to answer 2-3 questions to get into the group, then you can post photos and info (be sure to include the height of the doll and all the details you gave here).
Please DO NOT ask for values--they are not a selling or valuing group, just identifying. If you are looking to buy or sell one, post back and I can give you that guidance.
Post back what you learn!! So curious!!!
Thanks for the suggestion! That's exactly what I need. I don't need a value. I'm especially curious to find out if that was her own voice or if my mother remodeled her.
Looking forward to hearing what you have!! I love dolls and learning about them!! There are so many variations and customizations that are awesome to learn about and understand!!
Mine has her own voice box one of my children drew on her face with a pen and I cant remove it
If you do not find out what you need from the Let's ID Your Doll you might ask your question on another doll forum.
This one is good with ID's of dolls and can probably answer all of your questions.
