I bought this old Japanese plush toy and wanted to know about how old it is or when it was made? I can't find any info on the brand "First", any help appreciated!

Is there any type of tags on the dog that you can see. If so what is the name on the tag of the dog. I see you have shown us the collar but this is not helpful in finding out what company has made this toy. I know on FB there are some people who own different groups that help people identify the stuffed animals they have. You can always try there to see if you can find some help. If you had a tag on the dog that had a name it would really help me and others to look for this company and it narrows down the search for when it was made and how long ago it was sold.
