I am trying to identify this rocking chair. I can't find anything else as ornate on the arms on the internet search.

This chair where I am giving you a link looks similar to yours. I would say yours is a full lotus flower, vs. this one which is partial.

Your chair may have been an homage piece to the one here--which they claim belonged to President Lincoln. I am sharing this to help with your research.
I will keep digging on my end also to see if I can find anything else out about this unique style!
I would suggest you may be best served to find out if yours is a true antique or a repro piece, would be to take it to a furniture expert to examine it in person and tell you based on the construction, look and feel.
A reputable dealer will also help you value it and if it is a piece of value, I would work with them to get it in an auction setting, vs. just a store setting.
It is quite lovely!! Post back what you learn!
Nice looking rocker.
Do you have any knowledge of the history of this chair?
Has it been in your family home or parents for a long time?
Do you know what city/state it may have been in over the past years?
Any answers to these questions could help determine the true age and if it is original or a reproduction.
The upholstery looks very new - has it been replaced?
This type of chair is usually referred to as 'Victorian Lincoln style' and this style was made in the thousands by several companies that did not use a brand name because they were sold to individual companies who may or not have used their name.
Your chair does seem to be more ornate than any I've seen online but there are a few that are very similar (similar may not show value of your chair).

If you would like to ask some online appraisal sites about your chair - before you try an antique dealer - here are some sites to check out. These are free and usually provide good information but they may want more pictures and definitely some answers to the questions stated above - as well as your location.
It is easy to post to these sites.

Thank you all so much.I accidentally posted this twice I'm sorry for the screwup. As far as I know this is original fabric it's definitely thin in places but it hasn't broken through it's been in Connecticut and that's really all I know.
It is a lovely piece! I hope if you learn more you will post back!! Thank you for sharing!! It is nice to see beautiful items online!!
